I am writing this letter of reference for Chris Noland of Cws Copiers. I have known Chris professionally now for several years. In the past year I moved to another position in a new location and our office just recently purchased a Canon copier from Chris. In doing business with Chris, he is always very professional and courteous. He treats you as if you are his one and only customer and is great at follow up.

My office is very pleased with the Canon copier and with the customer service that we have received from Chris and Cws. In my past experience being a customer of Cws and a client of Chris's I have always received great customer service and fast turn around time on service calls. Chris is thorough at his job because he listens to what you need or want and then tries to connect the two together. Having only been in this new position one year, I recommended the office upgrade the copier and the first person and company which came to mind was Chris Noland and Cws. The Office of Institutional Research is completely satisfied with the purchase of our Canon 3570.
